I may have brought this up as a topic before, but I want to see what people think of this now!
On plenty of trade servers I have been admin on previously, they included a mod that puts TF2 Hats on any sentry or dispenser built. It is a random shuffle of what hat will appear, and there is a random chance that the hat will be unusual. There have never been really any issues with this addon on any other server I have been on. Along with that, it is a fun things for players to play around with if they can't leave spawn, or not much to do.
If it is needed I can make a video for it to show you just basically how it work.
SHould this be added to the server? And should it be VIP or all players?

I've been on servers with this feature and there isn't anything wrong with it. But I do think it should be a VIP feature just to encourage players to play on the servers more. :p

FUN FACT: on one of the versions, theres a rare chance to get a small congaing spy on top of your dispenser. THATS hilarious B)

They have this mod on a server I used to admin a few years ago and it was absolutely wonderful! I remember that me and my friends would always make a huge engi nest in the basement and we loved to see what kind of hats our buildings would get!
And I feel like this would be a great perk for anyone who would at least favorite the server.
Either way, great idea and I hope it gets enabled some day in the future!

Any additional feature should either be for !favorites or !vip. The servers are open for anyone, but having the additional features on only !favorites and !vip drive people to want to become those positions, making them join the steam group, add servers to favorites, or even donate. Might as well benefit off of the plugin.

Yeah I think it should be given to all players who have added the server to their favorites list. Might encourage them to add the rest of our servers and then 'retry'. There's another global plugin that a lot of other servers use that takes effect on all players but I can't think of it at the moment...gah i'll probably remember later.
