Title: Donation wont work

whenever i try to donate by typing the command it just says i declined the trade offer. nothing even shows up and i dont even get a chance. i dont know if its a privacy thing on steam or on the server. is there any way i can fix this?

This is one of your trade settings. You probably have it set to friends only. At the bottom of your advanced tf2 setting make sure that you - accept trade request is set to anyone.
