The following video provides evidence of the user in question violating one of the Swap Shop in-game rules. Please consider the following video before taking any form of action. The violation took place on the Thirtieth of May, 2016 from 9:16 PM to 9:42 PM. The user in question was on server #08 and has violated section one (Communication), rule no. 4.
