Do you have evidence to support your claim?

This is the apparent evidence he provided to me.

I checked the server at the time and that player was indeed on.
I needed to leave shortly after before I could do or say anything because of personal life matters.

The evidence provided isn't very clear, it would be appreciated if you could find a bit more.
Can you also try to get into detail about how the events played out?

As Sipow said, it would be very helpful to provide more detailed evidence. When looking at the evidence you provided to BloodRain, I can see 3 different scenarios.

1. The player was joking. It's like me saying "I got a painted hat worth 5 keys for only 3 ref."
2. The player did indeed do it but it wasn't in any of our servers, and if the victim didn't complain, we have no jurisdiction over the "scammer."
3. The "victim" was aware of the price and wanted the gun so badly that he was willing to give 3 ref for it. In this case, it would be considered sharking, which is completely okay and doesn't violate any of our server rules.

Unless you provide more detailed evidence to add more context to your claim, we cannot punish the player. And if the player did scam the victim on a non-SwapShop server, even if you provide more solid evidence, we can't do anything about it.

Seeing as how there is no other evidence to support your report, we'll have to close it.

We cannot punish a player based off of just another player's claim/perspective.
