Title: Trying to re-appeal my ban.
Post by: Pewp on April 29, 2016, 10:08:47 PM
As many of you know me, I am GrandpaTroll, and I would like to re-appeal my ban due to some new evidences that occured today. (4/29/2016)

As some of you might know. Lmaobox has recently been detected and I've seen 2 admins that have been vac banned on this very day.
As you can see on my steam profile: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198031700108/
I currently hav no Vac Ban on record and choose to keep it that way.

I would feel like putting more effort into this but I could make this difficult to understand due to the lack of my english.

I would like feedback if I should have this chance, if not. Then just say no and I will understand.

I for one suggested this position. Yes this player once contained the LMAOBox program, but I also would see here so far as he doesn't have the VAC Ban as of now which does state he doesn't have it anywhere in his program files.

Now I feel this can be openly discussed here but also in private windows. But considering Penny was the one to ban this player, I feel he should have the overall say in the end (Unless Knife takes over.)

I'm open to others thoughts, but the new VAC system is decent enough now as to where it shows solid proof of files and not.

In my opinion, a hacker is still a hacker. Yes, he no longer has the files containing the hack and that's why he doesn't have a VAC ban, but he did still hack. Unbanning him just because he NO LONGER hacks is being too lenient on our part. The rules clearly state that hacking is and will not be tolerated. Why should we unban you just because your account didn't get VAC banned?

But yes, Penny (or Knife) does have the final say.

I agree with Psy on this one. You contradicted yourself multiple times in this one post. Our rules clearly state that hackers are perma-banned on the spot. Attempting to appeal this same ban is pointless, as you "have admitted to using hacks in the past on your previous appeal" (Psykotik). You are also quite inactive on Team Fortress 2 ever since this ban was placed, implying you only play TF2 to do one thing. This is a jigsaw puzzle with only 2 pieces; putting them together couldn't be easier.

The fact is I never really rage on pubs or any community servers. sadly it was just a waste of money on my part. Even after that I got bored of it and gave up on it. it was on my desktop and it's just sitting there.
I really have no use for it anymore. after I saw people on tf2ss servers and met really awesome friends, it really changed the perspective for me. those servers were really creative and down right fun. I've never had this much then when I first got the hacked client. since then I've been just playing on tf2ss servers more and more and left the hack untouched. but after I got banned my pixel I thought it was the end of that fun. So that's when I turned to gmod. and began coding luas and i am currently in development on a addon.
But what I am trying to point to is, I barely hack on tf2 anymore. The game was dead to me when I first started playing the game (I was one of those black ops kid back then) I had no intentions of playing the game. months later I just gave up on the game until i found tf2ss. played those servers 24/7 and currently ranked more than 400+ hours on those servers alone.

As I was trying to say after writing words. Ever since I first got banned by pixel. I've moved on to gmod. knowing my time has ended.

I don't really know the situation very well, but this:

I barely hack on tf2 anymore.
Doesn't this imply that you still are using hacks?
And like someone else previously said, this new change Valve made against lmaobox users doesn't really impact your ban that much: it's not hard to just delete the files.

Yeah I did question about that.

But as for the files, that means the program would be removed from their pc am I right?

Although I still am confused about the line stated about "Barely" anymore, can that be clarified?

The only accounts I've been ban on these servers were only my main and an alt that i've also used to appeal my ban once more. I'll get the link of the alt that was banned.

Do you have any connection with this account at all?
Title: Re: Trying to re-appeal my ban.

No I do not. He is a person whom I met on an Gmod TTT server.

[EDIT] Well By you mean connected like is that account assoiciated with me in any way?
Then no. I've only friended him on a Gmod server.

Notice how your profile has a link to supposed cheats to Garry's Mod which are censored out from Steam's filter (click to enlarge).
Also notice that the other account I was pointing out about has many hours in Garry's Mod and also has a VAC ban.

Now take a look at both profiles and you'll see that your main account and the other account share the same location and real name on the Steam profile bio (click to enlarge):

What do you make of these connections?

I don't live in El Paso, Texas
The only alts I've made are on Peachie's, Ducky's, and my other friend.

[EDIT:] after seeing the names and locations, it does look like something but I can assure you that is not my alt or any kind of account.
That's also not my real name.
The only reasons I have those names because I was impersonating a kid on gmod.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept your ban appeal at this time due to multiple other reasons.

Ban appeal denied.
