I did use to know a couple. Sadly, I do not communicate with them anymore. Nothing happened between anyone of them and me, just life happened.

7. List and describe any previous supervisory, administrative or management experience, in or out of the game:
I've had some experiences, but one that I recall is being a moderator on a Gmod server. The server is still up (Last time I checked) just it kinda died down and we never saw the owner as much. So, I retired from the server. I do have other experiences but not really as professional.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want this position because, I would really like to contribute more to the community, being more of a helping hand (Issues or questions.) Socializing with players to get to know the community better, and much more.
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
5 hours on weekdays
8+ on weekends.

B. On the forums?
About 3-4 hours.

I'm unaware as of the moment.

A small amount of german.

I got a little mad at something (rather not say) and I just walked away from my computer and did something else with my family.

I'm nice to people, I'm humorous, I don't give up easily, and I'm willing to judge fairly in an argument (Seeing both sides)
My only weakness is anger.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would warn them, after that gag/mute, or result to a ban.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would still warn/ban/kick (Depending on the situation) the player even based on my opinions it would not be fair to the others who are offended.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would gag the player, then unmute after a certain amount of time, if they continuously do the action then a kick/ban
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I will alert the owner, and take screenshots/videos to prove they were doing the action.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Ban them for hacking.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Warn the player who is threatening the user, and if they continue the action then result to a ban.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I will warn them, then kick/ban? (I'm not really sure about this, I've never seen it happen.)
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Warn, then ban.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Ban for scamming
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would tell the player that he/she had the risk of this happening and we can not do anything about it? (I'm not sure for this one)
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
If they continuously abuse their powers in any shape or form.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I feel like this is the first step to achieving something and if I don't succeed at least I tried.
