I have been in other community group's. Some that actually have their own web site, and some that don't. I have my own group, & I am trying to get my game I made published into TF2. I'll try to put my group into my game, & make it a community server. Butt over all I have overall had past experience.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
The reason I want to be an admin is to help people who have question's and problem's that need fixing. I want to help the community member's with their problem's and make their and as well your experience better. What I mean by that is making the owner of the community clan get better ratings so he doesn't fail his clan.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
About 2-4 hours depending on what time it is.
I'll try even longer to make the servers abuse free and make it a better server better than it already is.
B. On the forums?
I'll spend about 30-1hr 30min on forums taking people's question's and application's if my admin is high enough.

About 2 day's and 30min.

I haven't ever lost my control I am patient with guest and people who need help.

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would mute him if I could ,if It got worse I would have a Vote kick, and if he/she kept coming back and being rude id get a higher admin to ban he/she.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
I should apologize for my mistake and move on from their.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
You would warn them to stop if they don't have a vote in gam-mute.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
You would report it to a higher admin than them.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
You would tell the higher rank admin to tell the owner of the server to shut it down till further notice.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would confront him first of that he does not have that power. And if he still does that mute him or have a vote-kick.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I wouldn't do any thing if it's their problem they have something wrong with me I'd just not let it bother me. I don't want to make them madder than they already are at me.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would go to steam support and search what to do and after I found out what to do Id report him.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I wouldn't do anything because that's really not doing anything bad. If it is id report a hacking.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
