I know I'm not an admin and probably shouldn't be posting this as it isn't a referral... (Sorry in advance)
But on the last question, why do you say you feel ready to become an admin when you haven't even filled out more than half of the questions on the application.
You haven't really shown any reason of why you would be a good admin, so I would highly suggest going back and finishing this application.
I know you can do better than this.

AJ, hun... The whole application should be filled out, not just little parts. It would be helpful if you came back, and fixed this up a bit.

Fire and forget method speaks volumes, especially since Wal-Mart security man filled out more than you have DJ. This application shows a lack of caring put into it.
