Title: New Years Resolution?
Post by: meatbone on January 01, 2017, 12:42:17 AM
I know the stigma for resolutions around New Years, but it's never not fun making them right? Right (to some degree)

So I thought I'd make a post to see what everyone's plans are for 2017? My plan is to finally find a name I can feel comfortable sticking with.

Get back into healthy range for my age and height: 180 lbs.

My weight at the beginning of the year was 245.7 and I've already gone down to 240.3, and I am SO NOT GOING TO PUT THIS OFF! At super high risk for Type 2, and I fucking am not going to enjoy giving myself shots of insulin everyday (only 1 of the things ppl with type 2 have to do) so I'm gonna workout til' I'm healthy and no longer at risk for that shit.

Good luck to everyone else on theirs too.
