Been admin on multiple TF2 servers (mostly crit orange as well as a TFDB server)
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I enjoy helpoing a community, makes it stronger and less assholes.
7. How much time do you plan to spend on the Servers / Forums?
I plan to spend alot of time on the servers but not so much on the forums unless that's required.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
About 3 weeks maybe

11. Describe a time during which you lost control:
I don't remember the last time i lost control. It must have been at a trade server a couple years back when there was someone scamming people and i was one of them.

13. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would ask them to refrain from further racist comments and if they continue then kick them from the server.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
If the group of players made it clear they are offended by the remarks then i would ask the other party to refrain from such words or remarks.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Warn them once then gag them for a certain amount of time.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Inform whomever has more power.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Ban the user.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Explain to them that such rules don't exist and warn them not to attempt to force rules upon others again.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I could easily go into spectate mode or friedly mode if it is in the server.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Warn them then gag/mute them if it gets out of hand.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Tell them not to scam cause it's a dick move and also warn them not to pretend to be an admin.
J: A regular player complains about another player who slays him/her after he/she buys the Headless Horsemann perk in the shop. What do you tell the original player who got slayed?
Maybe don't buy the HHH until the other person disconnects.

Well I'd only ban them if i know for certain that they are hacking. If people are accusing the person of speed hacking I would sit in spectate and watch over the server from there.

The way that it currently is written, it sounds as if you were on that server and were scamming people. Is this how you intended the question written to be?
