Also found several people damaging other people while in !friendly mode. Was on trade server #4 today and several people were doing this, along with the newly discovered HHH glitch.

So people have found a way around the !friendly, by using the sandman, killing themselves, then going !friendly, and picking up the sandman. They are able to hurt, and launch baseballs at other players, while not being hurt themselves. There is a way to kill them, by hitting them with a direct rocket or grenade, but aside from that, they are very hard to kill.

Explosions and fire work, along with some melee and a few primaries, but any hitscan weapons will fail.
