- I think the person that banned me was the one that spectated me but I only saw them say one thing before I was banned, so I don't really remember who it was

- I was playing on the #35 trade server and I was getting many headshots as sniper. Now I will admit a new player with barely any items and 47 hours in the game total would be pretty suspicious. Most of my kills were against one guy who I don't remember, but after a while of him being suspicious and also being accused of "prefire" I saw someone go spectator (again, don't remember exactly who it was since I've been playing on this server for a while and didn't think much of maybe people thinking I'm suspicious) and after about only 30 seconds of being spectated I got banned. I was just about to try to explain that the reason why I had a new account but wasn't exactly a new player was because I had gotten my main account banned with 600+ hours and quite a few items so I decided to start fresh with this account. I didn't get to finish my sentence before I got banned from the server permanently even though I did not cheat or hack.

What is the vac ban for?

It was for cheating in TF2, but I can assure you that I haven't cheated since. I lost my very first unusual because of that ban as well as many other items. Thats why I started fresh with this account.

And, honestly? I stick to my descision. Every single time you would get your crosshairs over an enemy, your crosshairs would seemingly "Twitch" to his head. Almost unnaturally. That quote makes it even more difficult to believe you. What evidence do you have that you don't? IF you can present evidence proving that you are a reformed former hacker, then I will personally have your ban removed. But until then? It stays. You have an alt profile with a VAC ban, you kept "Twitching" to enemy's heads? I'm sorry, but that is way too shady to be not called suspicious.

Hi, after I replied with that I was expecting a response like that. I was intending that it was more to dismay the possibility of the ban being biased since it seemed like I didn't have experience on the new account at the time of the ban. I've been thinking of ways to show proof of not hacking anymore but I can't think of any. Do you know any ways I could prove it to you?

Also if its any correlation my main VAC ban is from when I used cheats once against my friend in an empty server almost a year ago now cause I wanted to mess with him (while I don't think I have proof of this I can check, I just thought I'd mention it)

Almost a year ago? Mate, this is only 3 1/4 months ago. 109 days (as of this post.)
365 days in a year the last time I checked.

I meant I cheated almost a year ago to mess with my friend, stopped, then got the ban 109 days ago. I didn't cheat after that one time with my friend.

Cheating is not tolerated, regardless of how long it has been.

I only cheated once, with a close friend of mine, on my own empty server, that I forgot to set VAC status off for. That was the only time I ever cheated and under those circumstances.

I doubt it was a year ago, because I've seen some people get VAC-banned on the spot. It doesn't (or shouldn't) take that long for the VAC system to catch up on to you. Regardless, you shouldn't have gotten it in your head to cheat anyway, and as Gerbil stated, your ban is not getting lifted. Case Closed.

Since I cheated just that once it makes sense for it to be a delayed ban which is a very common thing where you get "marked" for cheating. Valve has stated themselves its so that you don't know what exactly or what cheat caused it and all that. Also it's not like I went into pubs making it so that the other team couldn't get out their spawn. It was just a joke for me and my friend and I forgot to set VAC off. Yes Gerbil stated that he sticks with his decision, but he said if I had anything to prove that I don't cheat anymore he will remove the ban, so I asked what would prove this. Many people have just been replying afterwards.

Anywho, I stick with my choice. You will not be unbanned. Why? For this reason/s
he may have hacked on a private server with his "friend". But who is to say, they he didn't do it again? Plus, ALOT of people use the friend excuse.
VAC is kinda bad, but it's not horrible. It often gets people during their hacking. Not a year or so after.
Sorry, Watermelon. I'm staying with my descision.
