My account has been hacked

For the next few days, please don't answer any Steam Messages that could be send through my account. I was just hacked by some Russians (the stereotypes are too real).

I'm trying to recover my accounts as we speak, but in the meantime, ignore anything I send you.

Got it. Also as a suggestion, if I were you I would change my account password on Steam.

Happily, a quick Steam Ticket reply allowed for me to reclaim my account. I reset the passwords to everything that was compromised, completed a virus scan, and added Second Step SMS login to my account.

And from what I observed, nothing was traded away or sent out, so everything is just ducky.
