It seems that !shop offers a perk that it's HHH Battle to the death. It seems that if someone heals you while HHH battle is enabled, after the battle time, that player will begin to receive overheal without the need of a medic. The overheal lasts indefinitely and unless the player that healed him before the hhh battle began heals him, the overheal will last. It heals when wielding weapons like Escape Plan/Equalizer and even when cloaked.

When was the last time you have witnessed this? We have applied an update that was successful in preventing this over bug. Perhaps if it was recently steam changed something yet again and the bug has re surfaced.

I have attempted to do the overheal, it seems that it was indeed patched.

The day I patched it there was an entire server of medics healing each other in a circle - then bough HHH so they all had the exploit. Was quite funny when I reloaded the patch and they got pissed they had to try again without any luck. I laughed!!

I won't lie, I would of laughed as well by this considering there were server filled players that did the exploit. Reminds me of the !friendly exploits.

People tend to want to keep exploits secret as they don't want them fixed. But when I do figure them out or someone tells us about them - I do try to get them fixed.

True, they also forget that it's internet, everything usually gets discovered.
