Problem: Scammed
Ok this is what happened Nuclear™ said that if someone made a specific poll and it got 20+ signatures he would give away his inventory. So I made that poll and got 21 signatures on it. When I got the signatures I told Nuclear™ that i got them. Next I sent him a trade and he put everything I wanted and i thought he wasnt gonna scam me but his friends had to tell him "Dont do it just leave he wont ban you." or something like that and I desided to lower the items to 5 items and then 2. But he desides to ear rape the server then just leave.
Time:8/2/16 About 3:30
Other info: He was also ear raping the server like the whole time he was on the server. And I really think he should get a perma ban because people like him piss me off.

Can you provide any evidence of the situation?
Can you link the poll that was created?
Did this all take place on our servers (#35)?

If no items were lost or exchanged, I don't see a scam here. It's kinda like if I promised to give you 1 million dollars to like a comment I made on Youtube or something, it's not really a scam considering that nothing was lost.
