i was playing on the server today then i got banned all of sudden. i tried 2 join in back but nothing happened. my lil bro was touching my computer before i got back home. can u tell me y i got banend?

You were called out on Hacking for some time to the point of receiving a report about it.
Their was a player who you had disguised your name to follow, who made the report. Jack Joker. Players in the server had suspected you for aimbot and cheating. When I joined the server, you fled from the scene.
Now please explain why you left in such a hurry once I had joined. As well as an explanation as to why you had your name set as a user you had been harassing at the time?

Also, from data that I mined from our servers and a network protocol analyzer, I see that you were quite active on other servers that were not swapshop after you supposedly told your brother to "get off". Please explain this.
To be quite honest, the odds seem against you here. If you wish to really be unbanned please supply a proper apology, and proof that you were not hacking.

It's obvious they're using the "it was my younger sibling" excuse, simply because they don't want to get caught. No point in unbanning them, when they're just going to hack again.

Given how you acted almost every time I met you, and how you acted the first time you got banned, that's an obvious NO. If your brother was barred from the computer, nothing could've stopped you from locking the computer with a password so he couldn't use it. Also, if it was for 3 months, the first time you were banned was back in May, so it couldn't have been your 'brother'. The fact you have the same IP as Jack Joker isn't a coincidence, and another friend of mine had an issue with you doing the same impersonation gag as well. Also, when I met you on your Lag Box alt you clearly knew me. So, I'm not buying this apology for one second. You can keep blaming your 'brother' for this mess, but none of us are buying it.
Also given what Ham posted, I stand by my assumptions.
