If you are having an issue with our donation bots or have yet to receive credits please provide us the following:
- The server you were playing on:
- What bot you traded with:
- The approximate time and date of the donation:
- The issue at hand:
- Are your email confirmations enable/disabled:
- The amount of credits you expected to receive:
- Any other information you feel is important:
