Title: Exploit with Health on Kill Weapons

It seems that buying Strange Auto leveling and using a weapon that grants health upon death can end up being stacked. Thus, I've seen a pyro that's being overhealed because of the powerjack, thanks to strange leveling. Idk if this is something that can be patched, but just wanted to let this be known.

Strange leveling has been crashing the server lately due to whatever changes steam has made. I need to get it fixed so ill see if that can be patched as well.
