Title: Chat color

How the heck do I use this?
I type in !chatcolor
The options appear for me to change the color of my in-chat text
I rapid-hit the '5' key to change it to the hue I want
Then I exit.
My color didn't change, did I do something wrong?

Type !chatcolor.

Then press 9 to actually go through the set colors you'll have available. There is a very wide range of colors.
