Why would I want to hack on my Favorite Server, I have over 1000 hours on tf2 and I have been playing on this server for over a year now, also Public IP's aren't linked to a specific computer, they are linked to the modem or router.

This was explained on your previous ban appeal. Computers have a private IP, and router's have a public IP. However, I digress. We banned your alt for hacking, and you got banned for a separate account.

Now let's go with the theory that the alt isn't yours. If I were you, I'd get in contact with the police or your family as someone could be using your IP address. However, this is just my two cents.

That account has been VAC banned as of this posts creation for 37 days.
The VAC took effect on July 22, 2017, and the ban was made the day before. Our Sourcebans uses tools to identify when and what account is being used on the same device as an account that is banned. In addition as pointed out by Hamtaro on your last ban appeal:

There's less than an hour between bans, ...

Long story short, feels like you were evading the ban intentionally by using an alt, even when you said you did not had an alt.

There is an hour delay between the two bans.

As part of Swapshop's ongoing effort in protecting our players, we will need evidence that proves your side of the story before your ban can be undone.

Thank you,
Hades

Player seems to have lost interest.

You may re-apply when there is evidence to be put forward.
