7. List and describe any previous supervisory, administrative or management experience, in or out of the game:
Yes I was a former admin in a jailbrake sever by the name of PB jailbrake and I was removed of my admin do to inactiveness. I was removed do to family problems and I was taken out of my home.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want to become admin to help those that are being harassed
and being called garbage when no admins are on and I want to take a stand because thats what happend to me and it was not a good feeling.
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I will be able to be one most of the time expect for wednesdays and mondays due to the fact that I was taken out of my home and I am forced to by law to go to visit my mother 2 days of the week.
B. On the forums?
Same thing that I just wrote above ^
10. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I'v been playing on your severs for 2-3 years my steam account is only 2 years old and that is because I lost my password for my old account.
11. Do you speak any languages other than English?
Yes I have taken spanish classes but I am not very fluent
But I do now alot of it.

Umm One of the things I do to cope with my emotions it not talking and just typing and when I start feeling better I would start to talk more
15. What do you consider in your personality to be strengths? What do you consider in your personality to be weaknesses?
One of my strengths is being fair I will try my hardest to make it to make most fair to most people, and a weakness is mean people and jerks I really dont tolerate but if they are not braking any rules I do not have any problem with them :)

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would give them a warning then if they are still doing it if they are useing a mic I will temp mute them and if they are using chat I will gag them and after that if they are still doing it I will kick them then it goes up from there.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
If they are not a offensive via racist remarks,or mean remarks
or any thing that is unexceptable then I will tell the person that they aren't braking any rules and that I cant do anything because there doing nothing wrong.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Ask them to stop and if they dont I will respond in a temp mic mute.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I will report him or her.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would ban him or her.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would tell the player that is being threatend that those are not the actuall rules and tell the regular to stop giving people false rules and threating to ban.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would kill them or just stay in spawn and hangout with people in spawn.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Ask him to please stop and if he doesn't gag and mute him and if it gets worse then I would kick them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
kick them for enpersonating any thing that can give godmode and tell the people that you can buy godmode from the !shop in the game.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
when the person killed you he did nothing wrong and I cant do anything about it.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
God mod,gaging,muting people,and kicking for no reason.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
Im am very confident that I will be a good admin and a very loved person amongst the community.

Why do you rate yourself so high on reasonable, and rate yourself so low when it comes to compassion?

Why do you rate yourself so high on reasonable, and rate yourself so low when it comes to compassion?
Because I feel strongly feel that I am very reasonable
I am very understanding and try to make things as fair as possible and i put compassionate so low because I find it hard to show sympathy via emotional or feelings

I would ban him or her.
So if you receive a player report about someone is hacking, you'd just ban them on the spot, right? Just asking for clarification. :)

No I Would watch them on spectators and if I see that they are actually speed hacking I would ban the person and if I watched them for a good bit of time and don't see any hacks or cheating I would simply state that they are not hacking.

Back when i had good items I did alot of trading and spycrabing. my experience with this wasn't very good I often found myself waiting for people to trade with me.
Another reason is that Even known this is not tf2 related most of my friends would tell my to wait for them and stuff like that I usually just walked away.In general I just don't like waiting long periods of time when I have something better to do
