Rough time frame of occurance: Last night around 9:30-10:30. Time was not my priority of caring for at the time.
Reason for reporting: Openly using racial and discriminatory slurs, admitting to dodging admins and breaking rules while they aren't around. Grey line of harassing other players.
Other information that could help knowing: If I remember, back when I was admin, it was discussed that he had enough communication blocks that he would be perma-silenced if anyone else arose with issues. I will put the link to the recorded demo here. Also Chromatic was a previous admin if you all remember, and he save some strong insight on his opinions on the server. He didn't do anything wrong besides smacktalk, so this post is mainly about Commie.
