This player was blatantly using aimbot for about I think up to 60 minutes. He started off as sniper and was snapping to heads and shooting cloaked spies. Later he got sick of dying and went soldier but kept switching to the shotgun since he didn't know how projectile aimbot worked. Throughout the session he kept trying to convince the server it was just "skill" and that he just had a lot of "practice".
Unfortunately I only caught a demo of the final moments before he left out of "harassment" but it was clear the increasing player count was making him nervous of being banned.
In the demo you can see him "bump" into a cloaked spy, and start snapping to different targets showing he had "Target Lock" off. I used the /report command just a bit after he joined but no admin seemed to join.

Demo has been reviewed and the obvious conclusion was that they were using some form of hack.
Player has been permanently banned.
