If your VIP perks are not working on one server, please join another server and test out if you have your VIP perks on that server.
Please then post in Bug Reports (http://tf2swapshop.com/forum/index.php?board=7.0) the servers that do not have VIP perks. Those servers will then have their maps reset to fix the issue.
If after we have reseted the servers and the issue still persists, then an update must happen to fix the issue which usually takes several days.
