Title: New Weapon Drops Not Working

The new weapon Drops along with the new tf2 update allowing one class to pick up another weapon of the same class, seems to not be working.

Have been in multiple different servers and this problem continues to occur, wanting to see what can be done about it.

It was disabled on our servers as it was causing issues with friendly, HHH and allowed an unlimited heal glitch for the medic.
