Unfortunately, the gaming community tends to use these terms quite a lot.

I'm placing a 1 hour ban so it will be on his ban records,  signalling players/admins to monitor him more carefully.

Considering he's only said it twice in a game which contains players that use that as part of their main vocabulary, we'd probably end up banning everyone if we were to punish all of the offenders.
