I have not been admin but a lot of people enjoy me as a person people are saying wheres gabe people like me

I want to because i want to be the fun guy who acts like a a admin and has fun i will try to regually go on this server and moderate it and will follow all rules
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
most of my time my time consist of CSGO TF2 and Geometry dash mostly csgo buy i can switch my times to regulate on TF2 
B. On the forums?
I will be able to go on regular it will be my first thing to do when i get on

my friend allways join here so sometimes i join i like the community

i have many disorders and one of them is REALLY BIG im just gonna list "Mood Disorder" ive been able to cope with these time when i went to my friends and had fun and i was fine

mine is strength and fun i really like to have fun and i like to make people laugh

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I will ask them why they made this comment and if they dont have a good reason they will be banned or temp banned for 5 days at least depending on the type of language they use
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I will worry about the people and less then me so i will try to cope with them and the person who used this language
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
i will ask them to stop and if they refuse i will mic ban them for a few hours
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
i will contact the head admin about this and ask them about this player
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
i will spectate the player and see if the report is valid or false and if its false i wont reply to the report
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
i will talk to the player to see if there serious or not and if they are i will kick them from the game for 1 hour for trying to abuse the rules
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
i will auto balance the teams and disable switching teams
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
i will mute there mic for an hour and tell them to stop complaning
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
i will report them to valve for attempt of scamming and attempt of selling hacks if this is true but if he is bluffing and only trying to scam i will ban them and report for scamming
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
i will tell them it was your choice so your responsibility so i cant help
