Shop, force bad rtd broken?

So, every time that I try to buy Force Roll bad RTD, It never seems to work, not actually making the rtd happen to anyone on the server. It might just be a bug for me, but this has not worked for me every time I try to buy it.

I just bought that earlier actually, and it worked fine for me. So it could just be a bug for you, unless anyone else has had the same issue?
