13. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
As a reasonable person would, ask if they can cease their inappropriate actions, and if they deny, just ask everyone to ignore the person. Depending on the severety, gag/mute them, if bad enough.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
Ask the people/person making the offensive remarks to stop immedieatly, ask the offended people to ignore as best as possible, if continue, gag/mute the person/people or ask them to leave.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Ask people to mute the player(s) in their menu, or mute/gag the player(s) for a good amount of time.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Attempting to get the other admins to help prevent his power exploitment, demote him or other.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Ask for eye-witness people, recorded content, or if I saw it myself, kick/ban the person, depending on the severity.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
Mimicking an admin can cause severe trouble for those doing that action, I'd either ask them to stop, or kick them off if they continue.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Maybe just go !friendly, using the shop is another, but admin powers would be going too far. or just stay in spawn.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Ask them to leave if they don't like the server. Kick them off if they continue their rash actions. Ban for an amount of time if they cause more and more problems.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Offering something like that is sick, wrong and cannot have a value. I'd tell everyone to not take the offer, tell the person to cease, and if more players report the problem, probably kick/ban for an amount of time.
J: A regular player complains about another player who slays him/her after he/she buys the Headless Horsemann perk in the shop. What do you tell the original player who got slayed?
That the shop is something we all can use. unfortunately, if someone uses the shop like that, it's done, I am not required to punish someone for using something that's there for a reason.
