The reason I want to hold this position is the fact that there a lot of mic spammers or a lot of spawn camping.

About 9-10 months.

15. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
See if the person who has been attacked by the racist comments find it offensive or not. If the person who’s been attacked does find these comments offensive, I’ll kick the person who’s been making these racist comments .
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
Kick the player who’s saying these offensive comments.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Give them a warning to stop or else, they will be muted.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
See if the players don’t mind, if they do, the admin will receive a warning, if the admin, still does not stop, the admin will be kicked from the server.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
See if that player if speed hacking, if it turns out the player is speed hacking, I'll kick the player.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would tell him/her to “read the rules”.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Nothing about it.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
It’s their opinion, it won't affect me.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would tell them “it’s a scam”.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
If the player who bought the perk only kills that certain player, the one who’s been complaining, he/she will have to give me a reason why he/she is doing this. If I find their reasoning not acceptable, I’ll give him/her a warning to stop attacking that certain player, if he/she still continues, I’ll kick that player.

Only picking on a certain player, or abusing their powers on the enemy team
