I am an Admin of my steam friend's Garry's Mod server and I deal with people that disobey the rules
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want to hold this position because i want people to have fun while still obeying admin rules, like not giving people credits or noclip/godmode and deal with hackers and rude people.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I can be on the servers at anytime starting a 2:30pm and end at 11:00pm.
B. On the forums?
I can go to the forums if and when requested.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I have been playing on these servers for at least a year now.
9. Do you speak any languages other than English?
Sadly no, I am only capable in speaking english.

It is very rare that I lose control, and sadly I can't remember the last time I ever lost control.

A strength is that I am very hard to anger and I am always in a happy mood, a weakness is that I can be too happy at sad times like funerals or breakups

15. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I will tell him to stop, if he continues to do so I will kick him, If he returns then he will be banned, the duration will be based on how racist the player was.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I will tell them that other people in this server find what they are saying is too offensive and ask them to stop, if they do not the will be gagged or muted for 10-30 min depending on intensity of what they are saying.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I will tell them to stop, If they continue they will be muted for 10-30min.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Tell them what they are doing is wrong then ask them to stop, If they continue I will notify someone with higher power.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I will join the server in spectator mode and check if the player is using the shop, if he is then I will tell the acuser what he did then i will leave, if it is real then he will be the hacker will be permanantly banned.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will tell the victim that they are fine, then I will tell the threat that he is a lier to the server, finally he will be banned for 30min and possably notifed to a person of higher power depending on who he is impersonating.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I will continue to play the game normally because what they are doing is not against the rules.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I will tell them to stop and if they continue they will be muted and gaged for 10-30min depending on their insensity of language.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will inform the server that this is a false statement and tell the player that he/she needs to stop, if i am ignored or questioned my authority they will be kicked/gagged.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I will tell him that the shop has no rules to its use, if he wants to slay him he can.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
I see admin abuse as using your powers such as, godmode, noclip, crits, to kill the other players. I also see it as kicking and banning because they beat you in a duel, thats abuse and bad sportsmanship.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I feel this could be fun and difficult at times, but I think I can do it.
