I would like to hold this position because i would like to be more then just a person on the server, and i would like to be able to get rid of any cheaters, scammers, etc.

The only time i lost control over my emotions is when my dog died. I was sad about it and i just sat and thought about it and got over it.

Strengths: I do not get mad over small things, I can see a situation from another view and I am not easily manipulated into doing things.
Weaknesses: Am only 15, I am not egotistical so I can't think of any strengths.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would first tell them to stop, if they would not stop then i would kick if they still would not stop, if they rejoined and kept at it i would have to ban them.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would first why they are offend, then i would try to see what they see. I would then try to talk to both sides see what they say, and go from there.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would asked them to stop twice, if they did not stop i would mute them for around 15 seconds, if they will not stop after that i would permanently mute them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would first inform them that they are abusing there powers and remind them of the rules there breaking. If they do not stop then i will try to my best to get them demoted so they cant abuse there powers anymore.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would record a clip of them using the speed hack send it in the report put in there username, a link to there profile, and say what they where doing
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would not say you should not do that and how it is against the rules to do that.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I will just keep playing the game like i would. And maybe if i do get "mad" i will just invite some friends to help me out.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would ask him to stop and if he does not stop I would have to either mute or kick him. And If he does not stop i will mute him for 15 seconds, if he keeps going after that i will permanently mute him.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would tell how he can not do that and to not advertise it anymore. If he does not stop I would kick him.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would tell him to calm down and that you bought it with your own credits. It is fair some one killed you.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Some one who is kick/muting/banning people for no reason or a bad reason given. Some on who goes around flying with homing rockets killing the opposing team
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I think i have a 6/10 chance of becoming an admin. And if i don't to bad then. And i hope to become a admin soon.
