I have not been an admin yet. But I do have experience as a leader.
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want to make everyone happy and to make a good community i want to be an admin because there are players like griefers and cheaters i want to get rid of.
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I will be able to spend 2-3 hours at the very least, because of a part-time job i have.
B. On the forums?
I can spend as much time on the forum and glance through if there is a problem.
10. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
It was back 8 months ago so i cant remember, but what i do remember is I've played for quite some time now. And there are new players i would love to meet.

All i can speak is English.

I lost control when i kept on dying alot in tf2 so i worked hard to be a professional.

I dont know how to answer this question honestly

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
If someone where to make racist comments then what i would do first is to politely ask them to stop. If not then i will have to gag him/her.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
It depends on what that person may have said or have done but if it is something serious happens then i need to tell them to stop
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
If they micspam the i will give them 1 warning if they do it again then i will have to mute them for 30 minutes but if they still do it again then i would mute them for a day.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would have to tell the higher rank admins about them abusing it.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would join the server and see if he is hacking, if he is then i will have to ban him/her
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will tell that person that they will not get banned and to check the rules.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I wouldnt mind it just as long as the players have fun. Because i am used to situation like that.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
First i would kick them then if they comeback then i guess i have no choice but to ban him/her
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would tell them not to do it and tell everyone on the server about what hes doing
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would tell them that there is no rules but for them to risk it
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Admin abuse is when the admin is using their powers like crits, invincibility and using it to kill people and that would ruin the server
