1. I was admin on a Garry's mod server for a couple of years
2. I was an admin on a minecraft server several years ago
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
To keep the community clean and have a good time doing so
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
During weekdays I will only be on for a couple hours but on the weekends, and holidays I can usually spend several.
B. On the forums?
I can be active on the forums more often as I can use my phone to check them.
10. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I have been playing and enjoying my time on your servers for a couple years now.

I am mostly fluent in english but I do know a bit of spanish

When I was younger I had a friend who was pushing to get under my skin and I tried my best to hide it but I finally snapped and lost my cool and to deal with it I simply closed the game and relaxed by watching YouTube and listening to my spotify playlist.

In my personality to me my best strength is my honesty and my desire to be as objective as I can, as for my weaknesses I see my quick trust to be the worst.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
If a user was making racist comments to another or in general I would first warn them, and if the behavior is kept up I would mute them, and lastly if they refuse to quit then I would follow the mute up with a ban as the person has already received a warning and a small punishment first.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
To deal with this I would first kindly ask the person to stop making them and try to defuse the situation as best as I can without needing to issue any punishments (i.e mutes)
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Give them a warning first that mic spamming is strictly against the tf2 swap shop rules.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would report the admin in question to the server owner or higher ups so they may take action against the person as it is against the rules to exploit your powers.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would check the report and if they have been proven to using hack I would issue an immediate ban as to follow the rules.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would issue a ban due to the severity of the rule and tell them that impersonating an admin is a direct violation of the rules.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I will do nothing and let them keep doing it, it's only a game and a little icon nothing to loose my temper or be angry about.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I will simply respond with the following "It is strictly against the rules to disrespect an admin" and deal with them depending on the severity of the harassment accordingly. However if they insult the servers I will tell them if they don't like it to play on another set of servers, because it is their personal opinion and it isn't against the rules.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will issue a ban to the player in question as it is against the rules to offer such abilities to players without all players equally having them.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I apologize that they lost it but tell them I can't do anything as it is against the rules as an admin to issue a refund on something they purchased knowing it would end eventually
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Anyone using the tools and special privileges they have been given access to for their own personal gain or enjoyment rather than as a tool to help better the community or servers.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
My feelings towards becoming an admin on this group of servers is hopeful because I look forward to being a leader in this community.
