Yeah i been admin and co-owner on some servers and
when im a admin i make sure theres no jerks cause servers need to be fun so player can enjoy and share with friends and they add us and cicle happen all over again

If i get admin my goal is to make sure tf2ss is a happy and joyful so players cna be happy.

Ive lost my admin by a server palyer lieing to the owner saying i was scamming people when i showed him my trade history by sceen shots and got it back.

my strengths are on the server if i get admin i have people that trust me.
My weaknesses are being hated by players.

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
give him a warning and then if he continues ill contact
a other admin to see if my opinion.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
Ill say take easy cause we need our player to be happy.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
give them 1 warning and if they continue ill mute him for 10 mins.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Tell them to stop cause its unfair for other players cause players want fun and fair server to play on.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I will ban just ban them cause they should be vac ban.

i tell them to look at our rules cuase that should be first thing you do on a new server go on.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?

H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Ill mute them cause its just like mic spamming.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Ill call him out on his little scam cause ill tell our players he has no tag.
J: A regular player complains about another player who slays him/her after he/she buys the Headless Horsemann perk in the shop. What do you tell the original player who got slayed?
Ill tell him he cant compalin cause its a perk ill tell him he bought ito n the shop so let him enjoy it.
