I have had no past supervisory, administrative, or management experience, but I feel if I were given a chance to have it on the servers I would do well.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
My goals in this community are to help the community, and I would like to hold this position so I can help other players with any problems.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I will be able to spend fourteen or more hours on the server a week.
B. On the forums?
I will be able to spend two hours or more on the forums a week
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
I have no definite ammount of time counted, but if I had to say, it would be about five to six months.

One time I have lost control was when someone made a joke about sexual harrassment. What I did after was I left the server, got off my computer, and sat in silence for an hour
12. What do you consider in yourself to be strengths? What do you consider in yourself to be weaknesses?
Some of my strengths are that I deal well with offensive people and am not easily offended, and a weakness, I would have to say would be the fact that I shout too much.

14. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would politely ask them to stop, and if they continued to offend people or make racist comments, I would make a vote for them to be kicked, and if they returned and it ensued, then I would attempt for them to be banned.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
I would apologize, make sure I didnt do it again, and find a way to punish myself for such actions.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would tell players annoyed by the micspam to mute them via the in-game menu.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Report it to a higher ranked admin.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would join the server as spectator, watch them for a little, and if for 20 mins max they are not hacking, I will leave and warn against false reports, but if they are hacking, I will issue a ban.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will warn the regular to not pretend to be an admin, give them a warning, and then if they do it again, a warning kick.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I will do nothing about it, because it is a game, and if that is how people choose to play the game, so be it.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I will warn them on their first offense, third offense will be a kick, and the sixth will be a temp-ban. If they continue after that, I will attempt a ban.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will warn them against scamming, issue a kick, and if they return and do it again, issue a ban.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I will tell them that it is fair, because it is in the game, thus it is meant to be used.
