He is most likely talking about when servers 1-17 were down earlier. They are all back up and running. The servers should be visible to you in your favorites now.

Try re-adding it back to favorites (which you've likely have already done) and see if it issue persists. If it does, check to ensure that your favorites are not filtered to show servers that do not fit our criteria.
