I have been admin on Unturned servers many times and i wish to be admin on my favorite TF2 server.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I love being able to further the community and help others out. I love being able to have that authority and be able to stop a problem going on in the game. Lets say there is a mic spammer and there are no admins on, i can be there to help cut down on mic spammers and other problems.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
I will be able to spend a minimum of 4 hours on the server a day.
B. On the forums?
As many hours as needed.
8. How long have you been playing on our group of servers?
To be completely honest i have only played on the server for a couple of days but i love the server, i already have VIP.

I honestly have no idea what reputation thread is, lol.

When i lost my grandfather to a disease.

I consider my self to be strong in games and math. I see weakness in my social skills and being open to others.

14. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would first warn the player, then a kick, followed by a ban with permission.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would see both perspectives and then asses the situation. If i still find the remarks unoffensive then i will ask the player to not make those remarks anyways as they are offensive in a way to another player.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would warn them, then kick, and if ban is permitted then a ban if needed.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
First a warning, then a kick, then an unadmin, and finally if needed a ban.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would first triple read the report and then asses the situation by investigating the report through in-game contact.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would first tell the offending player that they cannot ban other players as a warning and then i will kick/ban if needed.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I will first ask them to stop but realize its just a game and stay calm.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I will tell them to stop and if they do not comply then they will receive a kick/ban because they wont join back if they don't care for the server.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will exploit them as the scammer they are and show that they are lying, second i will make sure they receive the correct punishment.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I will tell them its just a game and that he needs to calm down and take a second to breathe then talk to the player about how to prevent this again and let him know that you need to expect something like this to happen.
