If there is a huge project already doing this and has the plugin free for download, I'm all in.

But as usual I'm here to shit on everyone's parade and say that its not likely.

To recreate every weapon stat from the ground up, would be a pain in the ass. I thought about doing this myself and immediately shot it down due to the waste of time and pointlessness of the project. So to have (lets say) Death's Programmer to make this by himself it would take about 3 to 4 years of Development just to have an open beta ready.

But like I said if anyone can find a plugin being developed by several programmers that know the ins and outs of TF2 hidden somewhere, free for download im all in.
