I was a Manager on another server besides tf2ss. My responsibilities were to mute mic spammers, make votes, etc.

To kick or ban people that are using any type of hacks, mute people that micspam, and deal with people that use foul language.

In tf2ss server: While I was in one of these servers, a player was summoning, the Power of Zeus multiple times. Everybody got mad in the server, including me. We all tried to vote him out, but he kept on leaving and joining back, which debugged the voting menu. If I was an admin, I would make sure that he wouldn't join back.

12. What do you consider in yourself to be strengths? What do you consider in yourself to be weaknesses?
My strengths include game knowledge, I have my own startup server.

My biggest weakness is that I strictly follow the rules and I'm not there to make friends.

That person will be given a warning and if he continues, he will be banned.

I'll reason with the members to discuss why it's bothering them.

C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Ask politely to stop, or make a vote to mute him.

D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Report to the head administrator.

E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
That person will be permanently banned.

F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
A player himself cannot ban another player, but could be brought to a vote.

G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would either fight back, stay in spawn, or join spectator.

H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Reasonably talk with him, or make a vote to mute, or ban him.

I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would tell the seller that it's unacceptable.

J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would give him 3000 points back (if it's possible) or make him into HHH again, until he dies without using commands.

First and foremost, I would abide by admin rules. I would suggest bringing a temp ban on the player for his unfair actions toward others by bringing it to a vote.

First, I have to find the hacker. Second, I have to visually confirm that he/she is indeed speed hacking. Third, I will warn the player that the server does not tolerate speed hacking. Fourth, if he continues, he will be permanently banned.

As an admin, I would make an announcement that members cannot make their own rules. I would refer them to the rules listed by typing !rules.

First, I would find out what bug crawled in his ass by asking him why all the hatred. Finding out if it is something that can be resolved or if it's utter hatred. If talking doesn't work and said "bug" doesn't come out of his ass, he would be banned.

I'd give them fair warning to stop trying to scam these people, and if they continue, they get kicked.

There is a melee weapon for medic by the name of "Do no Harm". But that is only part of a phrase of "Do no more harm than good". You need to decide whether the actions you said you would take would be doing more harm not just to you, but to the people of the TF2SwapShop community. Keep that in mind when you answer the question made by Flying Knife.

Every player on the servers have the exact same access to the shop as everyone else... If they don't like someones actions they have the power to buy something themselves to counter it.

No. It's probably not right to ban somebody, since he's using his own coins that he earned. If other players complain about his actions, maybe suggest playing on a different server.
