I have benn all staff ranks (Co-owner, super admin, head admin.Etc) on many Gmod servers.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I have been on your servers when there are mic spammers and hackers and multiple bullies and there was nothing that could be done. I also really like helping people too.
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?

All day.

For almost a year.

I know a little spanish but not a lot.

I have never really had this problem

I'm very slow to anger and a very playful person, I dont really have a personality weakness because i know how to control myself.

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
Give them a warning Asking them to stop making such comments, Second time kick them, Third time Ban them.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
Ask the player to not make these remarks again and remind the group that they can always mute the player.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
Give them a warning Asking them to mic spamming, Second time kick them, Third time Ban them.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Report it on the forums and start recording for video proof, and remind them there not supossed to do that, if they do not stop i will kick and/or ban them if necesary.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would join the server and stay in spectator to watch said person and ban them if they are hacking.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?

G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Nothing i'd just keep playing the game and not use my abilities because they just want to feel good about dominating an admin.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Give them a warning Asking them to stop making such comments, Second time kick them, Third time Ban them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
kick/ban them for impersonating an admin
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
They had the right to do that, thats part of the risk, if its on the shop they are allowed to use it.
