I had to host a little duel, but nothing major.

To make the community a better place for your average player to stay.

Hours, or as long as you need me.

I honestly only spend 30 minutes on the forums because I have nothing to say, or people chat with. Although if I achieve admin I will stay as long as needed.

Almost about a year now.

14. Describe a time when you lost control of your emotions and how you were able to cope with the situation (P.S: This can be about anything; it doesn't have to be from in-game.):
When my ex who was my girlfriend at the time broke up with me for a reason that I still do not know to this day. My insides were turned inside out and emotion was overwhelming, It started to take hold, although I suppressed my flesh told her "I cared so deeply for you, and you can't tell me why you are leaving? I am filled with confusion, but I just want the best for you, and if the best is for you to leave, then so be it." She left me and that was that. I suppressed my flesh and gave a REAL answer to the problem at hand. I still care for her to this day, and will support her in anything.
15. What do you consider in your personality to be strengths? What do you consider in your personality to be weaknesses?
Strength - I feel I am trustworthy, responsible, have power with voice, disciplined, flexible, and sympathetic.
Weakness - I feel my weaknesses are that I am impatient, am filled with discomfort when I leave something unfinished, and my biggest weakness, words. Words hurt me more than anything really, ofcourse I shrug it off but it always comes back to haunt me. I am overly sensitive with words, and I feel that is my biggest downfall.

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would tell them that our servers are clean and won't allow such filth to be spoken here. If he continues i'd kick or mute the person.
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would deny what the one player said about the other players and tell the other players that they are not what the other player said. Then tell them to stop with the argument.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would simply tell them to stop a maximum of 2 times, then if the player continues they will be gagged.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Capture recording of the act and show it to a responsible and trustful admin.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would show up, not saying that I am an admin, and sit in spectator and view the player accused of speed hacking. If for sure I know he is using hacks, I will make my presence known and tell him that he is being banned for hacking, and ban him.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will say that the rules he/she is speaking of not exist in our rule book, and i'd be glad to tell them the rules if they really want to continue.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I encounter this so many times, and will deal with it how I normally do. Once i've had enough, I say "I take my leave, farewell and good game." That's that, no need to cause trouble.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I will tell them that they don't have to be here if they really feel that way. Also that we will try our best to accommodate the servers to their satisfaction, and be done with it, he will eventually stop.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
Well I know that you can't offer credits or any of the perks for cosmetics, so i'd tell him that that is going against the rules and to not make the trade. If the players do then they will be kicked for trading credits for cosmetics.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
"I am sorry that you were killed and your perk was wasted, although the other player is not in the wrong for he was simply playing the game."
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Simply put, an admin abusing his power. An admin has power to do good, although the tools for building can also be used for destroying. An example of admin abuse would be to abuse players with their powers, saying that he can do what he wants because he's an admin, and just being rude in general. Now I know rude can mean a multitude of things. When I see an admin I see salvation with a warm heart and a strong fist. Not someone who is just rude. I know that being an admin you must do things that people see as rude, but do it to the best of your ability in the easiest and painless way possible.
After filling out this application, what are your feelings toward becoming a Server Admin on our servers?
I am excited, and ready to make the servers a better place. I encounter some of these incidents daily, so I feel confident in my answers and choices. Thank you for reading.
