This is my first official Steam game application, but i am staff on about 8 different MineCraft servers.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
My goal is to make an environment where all players can have fun and enjoy playing. And as an admin it would be my job to make sure that no player thinks higher of them self's and goes against the rules because they think there better.

I don't usually lose control in game as for I find creative ways to stop the negativity or make it so it doesn't bother me a bit. But i will say i have gotten mad in game.

13. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would tell the player who was making racist comments they need to stop as for what they are saying is racist. If they did not stop i would silence them.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
I would tell the person or persons who made the remarks they have to be mindful of what they say as for not all groups may find what they said nice or make see it offensive.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would tell the player to please slow down on the mic spam and if they don't stop i will mute them
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I will tell the Admin they are abusing there powers and ask them to stop. If they don't i will report them
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would look into when the player was last on and ask people who might have witnessed the hacker and if they say he/she hacked I would ban them
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I will tell the player that there are already set rules and that what they are doing does not comply with them. I will tell the player they can not threaten to ban other players and will silence them. If they continue in the future i will ban them.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would tell the players that they need to be fair and need to stay on one team and should not be targeting just 1 player. If they do not listen i will have to kick a few of them depending if they all listen or not. If they continue there behavior i will have to report them for continuously targeting or ban them.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
Right away I would silence the player and if they don't stop i would ban them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will silence the player and if they continue in the future i will ban them
J: A regular player complains about another player who slays him/her after he/she buys the Headless Horsemann perk in the shop. What do you tell the original player who got slayed?
I would tell the player sorry but there killer bought a perk and a perk is a perk. I cant control the items bought by a player.
