I used to be a superadmin on a server that was shut down on March of 2018, and was described as "a pretty good admin"
8. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
i see 7 year olds hacking on your servers everyday and nobody even cares to call you guys, but i do, but you never answer...
9. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
at least from 4:00 p.m C.T. to 8:00 p.m. C.T. on weekdays (due to school) and from 2:00 p.m. C.T. to 9:00 C.T. on weekends, and school is almost out
B. On the forums?
from 7:00 A.M. C.T. (best case) to 3:15 p.m. C.T. on weekdays and from 6:00 A.M. C.T. to 2:00 P.M. CT..

I speak a little dutch, and am fluent in francais, (but it takes me a while before i realize that i need to talk in french sorry =P)

not that i can remember, but i do have a trigger word, "Faggot"
dont want to explain why its my trigger word (bad memories) but i will flip the fuck out if someone calls me or someone i know that

I think rationally and logically but if given powers i will play with them a tiny bit. (for instance my favorite, resize)

17. After you become an admin, how would you react to these situations below:
A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
i would simply explain to them why they shouldnt say things like that and if that dosent work then i will try to explain to him how that can hurt someone, then if that dosent work i will go through the entire history of the race that is being made fun of, and if he still dosent stop, then i would give him a warning. (if that is an option for me to do)
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I accept that some people are offended by the remark that player made and go with the majority rule, and tell the player that made the remark not to say that again.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
first off as someone who has micspammed before, I understand that they think its fun, but i will assess what the micspam is, if it is someone who has ALS (like stephen hawking) then i would tell them to maybe turn there mic volume down a little bit and then allow him to continue, if it is just your normal everyday micspammer, then I will warn him that it is against the rules and if he continues, mute him (considering i were able to mute him)
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
"Another" implies that i am also an admin so what I will do is i will warn him, if the admin continues to abuse their powers, then i will hopefully be able to give him a temporary ban, or restrict his abilities, but if not, request a more powerful admin to help take care of him
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I will join the server you are on and look at this for myself, ask him some questions, check some sources on him (profile tf2 hours) and make an assessment based on that, unless he is blatantly using a speed hack like it is with lmaobox in which case i will give him a temporary ban if deemed necessary
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
warn him that these rules dont exist and if he keeps threatening/actually bans someone then i will put him in what i call "timeout" (2 min ban/freeze him for said time) not to mention unbanning the player that was banned if he then [rejoins] and continues i will again warn him but with greater steaks, and then eventually if necessary i will just outright ban him (2 weeks max)
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
so? whats the big deal? maybe i can go into godmode? if not, so what. its only a game. plus there is a team called spectator, i'd go to it if there was no other options. (your still an admin even in spectator)
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
first off mute them for 2 minutes, and while they are muted i will alert them of how much of a nuisance they are being and that if they continue to do what they are doing they will be punished and of course he will (most likely) continue but slightly less which is when (because he is being killed constantly i assume) i say "if this server 'sucks ass' so much then go ahead and leave. because, we aren't changing the server." if he leaves then that's that, but if he doesn't then i will ask the server if he is bothering anyone, and if he is bothering the majority of the server then he gets kicked.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
in this case assuming they don't mean an ubercharge, i will classify that as scamming and give them a warning that that is indeed scamming which (if im not mistaken) is against the rules, if he pays no heed to my warning then i will kick him and tell anyone who was about to go through with the trade that because he is not an admin and is just a regular player he can not offer godmode and plus it's and oxymoron "free godmode for a hat" if it costs a hat then its not free
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
(1. slay is broken now, 2. i'm not sure if i can refund credits.)
i tell the slayed HH player, "before you continue complaining, what was it that you were going to do as HHH?" obiously it will be to kill players, so then if i can i will refund his credits and say, "sorry about that man, maybe don't purchase that?"
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
When an administrator in online games, message boards, or servers, misuse their power. Often by becoming power hungry and causing trouble just for their own amusement.
Admin Abuse example:
Person A (not Hacking): Kills the admin.
Admin: Gets angry.
Admin: Kicks person A from the server for "hacking"

This is going to be quite a bit of work, but, where would a server be without admins? So lets begin, this is going to be good work for me.
