well iv'e never personally been an admin but if i see stuff i tend to call an admin or try to warn people

i wanna be able to deal with people who are playing against game rules and things like that iv'e seen a lot of people scamming or being toxic in servers

don't really pay attention to forums unless its important

personally i really don't have any breakouts like that i use breathing techniques and they work pretty well for me

i don't deal with liars or toxic players, i cant tolerate them

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
id ask them to stop and think about what there saying as step one if they countinue give them a second warning step 3 a temporary ban if they countinue later get rid of them
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
id ask them why they think its offensive and what they would perfer people to say
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
id ask them to stop as step one if they countinue id have them muted for a bit then unmute them if they start again ill leave them muted
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
id put a message up in the group asking the owner about it because im honestly not sure what to do in that situation
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
id search there steam id and find out there rep and see if the reports valid and if it is id kick them if they rejoin and countinue a perm ban
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
id allow the regular user to make there statement on whats going on and if they step out of line then i would step in
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
id let them countinue and id ask them nicley to stop i really dont mind it as long as they dont take it to far and start using exploits or mic spamming or ect.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
id ask them nicley to stop if they dont agree id mute them and unmute them after a while if they dont stop id kick them from that server not banning them if they countinue id ban them
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
id ask them to stop acting as an admin and if they dont id kick them from that server if they rejoin and countinue id ban
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
well, its a shop item it was your purchase and thats on you a npc or spawn is killable thats all
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
spamming commands in and using it for you own gain and trolling players and screwing with server settings
