I used to moderate and manage a few discord servers in the past.

My goals are to help keep the SS servers a nice place to play.

I got angry in game. I was able to take a break and cool down

I consider my relatively calm and collected personality to be a strength.
I feel like I can be easily annoyed not so much by being killed in-game but more by people who break the rules or who try to disrupt the server

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would, on the first offense, tell them to stop
B: A group of players are offended by remarks that another player made, but you yourself do not find them to be offensive. How would you respond?
I would respond by telling the offending player to stop their rude behavior
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I'd give them a couple warnings and eventually restrict their access to voice
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would bring it to the attention of one of the head admins.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would join the server the report came from as spectators and confirm that the user is hacking while creating a video-capture to use as proof.
F: A regular user threatens to ban another player if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would inform the user that they are not an admin and that that isn't the rules. I'd also tell them to visit the website for the rules
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I'd use some shop items to turn the tide or possibly just join spectators
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would restrict the users voice and chat privileges
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would insist the user stop immediately
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would tell them it's a part of the shop and it's not against the rules.
K: How do you define Admin abuse?
Admin abuse is the use of administrative power to kill players or gain an unfair advantage.

I've applied a while ago but I'm hoping to get the position now to lighten some of work for other admins/s
