You know what, it Possibly had been me. I wasn't in a good mood as I had a stressful morning of my first exam. Apologies to you, though I hassled and may have complained a short bit, my temper was kept under control, nothing irrational was said, and no abuse of commands were used. Though my apologies again for the hassle.

No it was me. I explained this in my review of his application. I explained to him that he can use his credits how he wants, I just found that the reason he did was immature and therefore I did not find him to become admin.
