Headless Horsemann Weapon Glitch

Due to the new update, apparently it's possible to be able to pick up the headtaker as a usual melee weapon for the demoman. I came across one of my friends doing it after HHH death battle had finished. Had no clue how to handle this as I've never seen this before, but I consider it an exploit and had slayed him, which appears to have fixed the issue. However, this needs to get fixed as to avoid more senarios of people doing the same thing.

Quoting from the official wiki:

The Horseless Headless Horsemann's Headtaker, commonly abbreviated as the UHHHH, HHHH or simply Headtaker, is a melee weapon for the Demoman.

This weapon is originally equipped by the Demoman. The new TF2 update just made it so the weapons of dead players can actually be picked up and equipped if you're the right class.

Yes, but it also gives them Headless Horsemann stats, essentially making them unkillable as they can also be healed by a medic from what I've seen.

Weapon drops have been removed, so this no longer occurs.
