This is my First time applying for admin application, I looked at videos of how to be a good admin and I trust it, (so basically no)
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want Everyone to have a Great time and have more and more people to join swapshop, so this can be the best server out of all the tf2 communities and servers
7. How much time will you be able to spend:
A. On the servers?
About 2-3 Hours, but during school about 1-2 hours.
B. On the forums?
about 10 - 20 minutes per day

I was Trying to stop the argument but it back fired towards me and they both yelled at me.

Strengths: To Have Fun and Stop arguments to where they could get out of hand, also calm down and have a agreement

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I'll give him warnings, but if he doesn't listen, I'll mute him/her or kick him/her.
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
Whoever is making the remarks will get kicked or banned (temporarily)
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I will Start a Vote to where for the players will choose to mute him or not mute him
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
Report it to Forums and let other people know
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
Give him a Warning and if he/she doesn't stop ill ban him/her
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
If the Regular User has been on the server for a long time and know the rules, but if the other player doesn't listen to the experienced server, I'll deal with the situation.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
Teleport them to the Roof or The Track so they can ignore them
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
First Sentence - Please respect admins, (if they keep doing it I will kick or mute he/she)
Second Sentence - If you don't like our server please leave
Third Sentence- Respect Your fellow Players, and Have fun and not be a Jerk
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I will Warn him that Don't Scam, If I catch him doing it again it will be a kick or ban
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I will tell the Horsemen that it is not invincible, it doesn't have infinite health, and he's slaying that player for no specific reason, I would tell the buyer to just have fun
