I was an admin on one different Team Fortress 2 community and it seemed to work well as people enjoyed playing on the servers.
6. What are your goals in this community - or, why do you want to hold this position?
I want to enforce the rules and make sure hackers aren't ruining the fun for everyone else.

11. Describe a time during which you lost control:
I lost control while playing a game with my friends and we wanted to do something funny but some random guy joined and wouldn't let us finish and we spent an hours trying to figure out how to do it.
12. What do you consider in yourself to be strengths? What do you consider in yourself to be weaknesses?
My strengths is that I don't hesitate to mute,gag,kick or ban someone even if its a friend
My weakness is that I don't always it the same way as someone else

A: How would you deal with a person who was making racist comments?
I would give them a warning if they keep going I would then gag them for a short time, then a longer time, then a permanent gag
B: If a group of players are offended by remarks that you yourself do not find offensive, how would you respond?
I would want to know the reason for why they find it offensive and mute/gag the person who said it.
C: How would you deal with players who micspam?
I would warn them to stop. I would mute them for a long time and if they continue after wards I would make the mute permanent.
D: Another TF2SS admin is exploiting their powers in game; what will you do about it?
I would report them to the forums.
E: What would you do when answering a report that [username] is speed hacking on one of our servers?
I would join the game and if the report wasn't false would take appropriate actions.
F: A regular user threatens another player that they will be banned if they do not comply with rules that do not exist. What will you do about it?
I would tell the regular user that these rules aren't real and kick the user.
G: A group of enemy players dominate you, ignoring everyone else and changing teams if you join the team they are on, killing only you over and over again. What will you do about it?
I would just ignore them and fight back when I can.
H: How do you deal with a player who comments publicly that: you are an asshole, the server sucks ass, and continues to insult anyone who kills them with profanity & by screaming on the mic?
I would ask them to just sit for a moment and just relax avoiding using admin abilities but if they continue to scream and call others names then I would kick them.
I: A regular player on our server says that they will offer free godmode for anyone who trades a hat to them. What will you do about it?
I would warn them to stop offering and give back any hats that they got from their scam if they don't I would ban them from the server for breaking a rule.
J: A player who bought the Headless Horsemann perk from the shop complains after another player slays him/her. What do you tell the slayed Headless Horsemann player?
I would tell them to avoid using it if they don't wish to be slain and waste any earned credits.
